How do you make brownies without eggs?

Butter

However, it is important to have the same sweetness as ripe banana milk, which is the main purpose of using bananas instead of eggs. This makes the eggless scone moist and sticky.

Apple juice

Apple juice works well instead of eggs in the brownie recipe.

Unsweetened apple juice is best because it doesn’t overpower the sweetness of the brown flour. It’s also great for bundling brownies and a relatively inexpensive way to make eggs.

Milk or yogurt

These substitutes can also be used as egg substitutes in brownie recipes. You can do it yourself without the yogurt. Mix 1 cup of milk with 1 teaspoon of white vinegar to thicken and moisten the tofu.
