Most mushrooms can vary greatly in color and size, but they are essentially the same species. Both cremini and Portobello are scientifically known as Agarics Bosporus.

Champion mushrooms are the smallest species of Agarics Bosporus and are mushrooms harvested at an early stage of growth, while cremini mushrooms, also known as bells, are older mushrooms that can be identified by their brown color.

Feed the muscle

Mushrooms (technically mushrooms) are one of the few dietary sources of vitamin D. Mushrooms increase vitamin D levels in a healthy body from UV light.  According to a study by Tufts University, white mushrooms boost the immune system.

However, mushrooms are not only known for their health benefits, they are often rich in copper, selenium, vitamin B2 and vitamin B3.

Another health consideration when preparing mushrooms and healthy foods is to choose and use clean, non-toxic cooking utensils to avoid chemical exposure. This is especially important when it comes to non-stick recipes. Check the eco-friendly cookware guides for safe products.

Collection and preparation of animals

Look for a sturdy, flawless umbrella when harvesting fish. Make sure the muscle is soft and the sand is still in place. If it feels slippery to you, you can store the mushrooms in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

How to clean meat

The mushrooms will absorb water if left in water for a long time. But a quick shower doesn’t hurt. To clean the meat, blot with paper towels and pat dry. Alternatively, you can blot each mushroom dry with a damp paper towel. Either way, it works. But rinsing is best for stained mushrooms.

How to cook the meat

Mushrooms must be cleaned and cooked. If using Portobello mushrooms, remove the teeth. Portobello gills are easy to eat. But when boiled, the black liquid will come out. To remove it, use a spoon to gently scrub the teeth and then blot them with paper towels after cleaning. For shiitake and Portobello mushrooms, the leaves should be removed before cooking. Just cut the mushrooms from the bottom of the lid and discard.

How to cook meat

  1. Cooking

Marinated Mushroom Salad is a dish where you can eat mushrooms in a new way. But first, you need to cook the mushrooms until they are soft and ready to receive the sauce.

To cook the cooked mushrooms, bring water to a boil with 1 teaspoon sea salt in a large saucepan, add 1 pound cleaned mushrooms, reduce heat to medium and simmer until mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes , then drain them in a colander batch. Transfer the mushrooms to a large bowl and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 teaspoon Italian herbs, and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, then pour marinade into pot with mushrooms and stir until mushrooms come cooked through.

  1. Temperature

Mushrooms are delicious when pickled. To cook the mushrooms, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add 8 ounces chopped mushrooms to the pan, and stir. Add sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon more seasoning if needed.

When cooking begins, the mushrooms are juicy and crispy. When the water is hot, it will turn orange. So keep warm up frequently. At this point, the flesh is slightly tender and the edges begin to brown. They are ready to serve.

  1. Melt in a mixing bowl

Portobello mushrooms are ideal mushrooms for grilling due to their “jumpy” shape and size. To roast a Portobello mushroom, you need to clean it, remove the stem, and brush your teeth. Then transfer 2 large portabellas to a bowl, in a separate bowl. Mix together 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, pour the sauce into the Portobello and cook until the Portobello is cooked through.

Set a skillet over medium heat. Enter Portobello. Cook, 4 to 6 minutes, until browned on both sides.

Pro tip: Add 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup to the sauce for extra flavor. You can also refrigerate the mushrooms for an hour to improve their flavor.

Mushrooms are crispy and delicious when cooked. To prepare the cremini meat, line a large loaf pan with parchment paper or a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 375°F and place 1 piece of meat in a large baking dish. Then add 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, and 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs. Transfer to a roasting pan and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
